Al Haman

Chief Executive Officer

The responsibility of the CEO shall be to help develop and maintain the vision, mission and goals of the company. The CEO shall oversee marketing, finance, and customer service. The CEO shall seek business opportunities and strategic alliances with other companies and organizations. Responsibilities also include planning, developing, and establishing policies and objectives of business organization in accordance with Board of Governors directives and company charter. The CEO will direct and coordinate financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations in order to maximize return on investments, and increase productivity. This role is presently filled by Al Haman, who is a STAR employee.

Principal Engineer

The responsibility of the principal engineer shall be to provide engineering leadership for the LLC members and clients to meet their business goals and objectives. This will include construction work plans, long range plans and sectionalizing studies. It shall also be the responsibility of the principal engineer to provide the electrical system engineering and operational support for normal day to day system operations and contingencies. This role is presently filled by Al Haman, who is a STAR employee.
