The STAR Board of Governors met on April 22, 2021, and are pleased to announce Lois Croonquist has been formally appointed as the full-time CEO. Lois served as STAR’s Manager, Finance and Benefits since 2006 before being appointed Interim CEO on January 1, 2021.
